The greatest risk of AI is not that it replaces you. It is that you stop thinking. At first you use it for concrete tasks. Then the range expands and you start asking it to decide for you. What used to execute your instructions becomes the source of your instructions.
There are two ways to relate to AI. With your own judgment: you arrive with your analysis, use it to think better, the result is yours. Without judgment: you arrive empty, execute what it tells you, become more dependent. The first elevates your capacity. The second erodes it.
Before each important consultation ask yourself: is this raising the demand on my thinking or reducing it? If it is reducing it, you are not using a tool. You are being used by it.
